Jessica R. Herrera-Flanigan (born August 1970) is an American lawyer, media, technology and security expert, and political professional based in Washington, DC. ==Professional== Herrera-Flanigan is the Executive Vice President of Government Affairs & Public Policy at Univision Communications Inc, where she oversees the D.C. office of UCI and leads the company’s federal and state government relations efforts and focus on developing strategies for addressing the key public policy issues impacting the company and the U.S. Hispanic community. She joined UCI in June 2015, after serving seven years as a partner at (Monument Policy Group ), a government affairs and strategic consulting firm, where she led the firm's technology, media, and sports practice.
